Love you R! my wish for you this year is that you will be able to finish your first triathlon! and what i appreciate about you most is that you are always very fun to be around and you come visit us even though we're on the other side of the country! happy birthday!!

Ever since I met you, I've always considered you to be the best person at giving compliments. You always give the most sincere compliments on what someone is wearing, something they did, etc. You know how to make everyone feel great about themselves.
I really admire that about you. In fact, I've tried to compliment people more because of you. When I see a friend or coworker that looks great or did something they should be commended on, I speak up.
So for your birthday, I wish that your year is filled with happiness for you and your family! I hope all the kindness and happiness that you send out in the world comes back to you tenfold!
