I love Ceviche

I'm a fan of Sushi.  My parents and other family members have always enjoyed Sushi.  I enjoy eating it, depending on what type of sushi it is, but I don't like buying it.  It always seems like I'm paying a lot for such a litle amount of food.

I don't know if Ceviche counts officially as a sushi, but I really enjoy it.  I have had Ceviche a few times.  I prefer the basic Pamanaian type of Ceviche which is Sea Bass cut up in small pieces with other things added in.  I had a Peruvian style (big and chunky pieces) while in Guatemala, which I didn't enjoy as much.  To celebrate my last meal here in Panama I'm going to find a good ceviche.
