R and I have found our new favorite root beer.....SPRECHER.
(This truly old fashioned soda has the rich, creamy flavor that only comes from using pure Wisconsin honey direct from the combs. Our extracts are prepared at the brewery in a hand-made, gas-fired brew kettle, by combining honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals. The dark, honeyed brew will build a delicious, frothy head when properly poured into a frosted mug.)

this truly must be life-changing to show up on facebook and your blog in one day. It must be the Wisconsin honey.

E - Do you remember Feast?!?!?!

I purchased one of all the non-alcoholic drinks...and we finally opened the last bottle two nights ago. It's really, really good stuff!!

Are you serious? I grew up on this stuff. They sell it on tap at many restaurants/bars around here.

In fact, I bought Sprechers all the time in Utah. Macey's grocery store has sold it for years. I really can't believe you've never had it!

The Orange Cream soda is d'lish, especially over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I really wish that I had found this back in Utah....and now I live in a state where it is difficult to obtain. When are you coming to DC next?

I still haven't found it at grocery stores around here. I was down in Charlottesville a few months back, and brought one bottle back up. We'll have to find some and do another taste test.
